Your eight iconic blue canopy structures are among the most visible elements of the marina — and in Florida's coastal climate, algae, mold, mildew, and environmental staining accumulate rapidly, diminishing their appearance and potentially shortening their service life.
All Elite Cleaning & Pressure Washing specializes in commercial soft washing for marine and waterfront environments across the Daytona Beach area. Unlike high-pressure washing, our low-pressure soft wash process uses industry-leading, aquatic-safe cleaning solutions that eliminate biological growth at the root — delivering results that last 3–4× longer than pressure washing alone.
This proposal covers a comprehensive quarterly maintenance program for all 8 canopy structures and their associated concrete pillars, using Dragon Juice NV (non-chlorinated, non-caustic, fully biodegradable) and Zē Zyme Eater⁶x (enzymatic, earth-friendly) — zero bleach, zero sodium hypochlorite, fully safe for your waterfront location.
